• Worksite Location: Hybrid (must be in the Greater Phoenix, AZ area and able to travel)
• Compensation: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

What you will do as the Member Events Coordinator:

• Educate, engage, and inspire the public for their support and participation in the mission through presentations, awareness events, celebrations, and registry recruitment event execution
• Responsible for building and sustaining relationships and driving committed individuals to join the registry
• Collaborate with account managers to recruit and retain volunteers, including episodic and long-term volunteers
• Interview, screen, train, and recommend volunteer placement in appropriate programs and activities, as needed
• Ensure volunteers are properly trained for the task
• Lead and coordinate volunteer groups (sororities, fraternities, etc.)
• Approach 300+ individuals per day
• Responsible for setup, takedown, and overall event leadership

What you will bring to the Member Events Coordinator role:

• Fully fluent in Spanish and English
• Background in sales, customer service, or public-facing roles is preferred
• Experience connecting with college-age individuals
• Public health or nonprofit experience is a plus
