Description We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Huntington Beach, California. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to support the hiring of multiple positions. This is a fast-paced opportunity for an experienced recruiter to make an immediate impact. Responsibilities: - Review and assess incoming resumes to identify candidates with relevant experience. - Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles. - Facilitate preliminary interviews as needed based on job requirements. - Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the management team. - Develop and implement effective local recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Optimize job listings across online platforms to maximize visibility and engagement. - Manage the recruitment process for multiple positions, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. - Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to maintain accurate candidate records. - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and prioritize recruitment efforts. - Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. - Proven expertise in corporate recruiting and talent sourcing. - Strong skills in resume screening and conducting phone interviews. - Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. - Ability to optimize job postings and utilize various recruitment methods effectively. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
