Job Description

Description of the role: We are currently looking to fill Phone Operator positions within our Automotive Group team in Baton Rouge, LA. As a Phone Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service over the phone. Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries
Take detailed messages and relay them to the appropriate team member
Transfer calls to the appropriate department and/or team member
Provide information about services offered
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer skills
